Sometimes, yes. It depends on how deep the dip is and what's causing it.

Body impressions under 25mm are normal
Every foam mattress softens slightly where you sleep. That's the foam doing its job, adapting to your body. Impressions of less than 25mm (about the width of your thumb) are a natural characteristic of the mattress and aren't covered by the warranty.

Indentations of 25mm or more may be a defect
If your mattress has a visible dip of 25mm or deeper when nobody is lying on it, that can indicate a material defect, and it's worth lodging a warranty claim.

How to measure it

1. Strip the bed and let the mattress sit uncovered for at least 30 minutes.
2. Lay a straight edge (a broom handle or long ruler works) across the mattress over the dip.
3. Measure the gap between the straight edge and the lowest point of the dip.
4. Take a photo showing the measurement clearly. This is the photo we'll need for your claim.

Things that affect the outcome
The warranty covers defects in the mattress, not sagging caused by what's underneath it. If the mattress is on a base with slats spaced too widely, a base that isn't flat, or a third-party base that isn't giving even support, the dip is likely coming from the base rather than the mattress. Check the base is level and the slats are intact before you measure.
