Koala doesn't have traditional showrooms. However, you can experience the quality of our products risk-free with our 120-night trial for all Koala products! This way, you can try our products in the comfort of your own home and return them if you're not completely satisfied. It's our way of bringing the showroom to you!

For those in Sydney, we have a Koala Pop Up store in Moore Park Supa Centre, or you can head out to Koala Second Home in Campbelltown and get your hands on refurbished Koala goodies. 

120 Night Trial

We offer a 120 Night Trial on all of our products - no strings attached. You can any product out for up to 120 nights - and if you decide that it’s not for you, you can return it to us for a full refund for the price paid for your product. If you live in a metro area of one of our larger cities (Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth), we’ll even come and pick up large goods for you at no extra charge.

Koala Second Home

Alternatively, we do have our amazing Koala Second Home based in Campbelltown, NSW. Here we sell refurbished second hand Koala goodies for a discounted price!

If you’re local to Sydney feel free to head down if you can - it’s a great place to touch, feel and see the products in person! The discounts range from 30%-70% off the RRP you see on the website.
