Get in touch and we will action it for you. It can take up to 3 days to fully finalise while our system updates anything already scheduled to go out, so you may see one more land in that window.

Unsubscribing only stops marketing. Order confirmations, delivery notifications and anything about a return or warranty claim keep coming, because those are about your order rather than promotions.

Post and catalogues

For anything arriving in the post, let us know the name and address exactly as they appear on the mailing label so we can find the right record.

Still getting emails after unsubscribing?

Let us know and we will chase it up. It is worth checking whether the emails are coming from a different address you have used with us in the past.
