How does the Koala OG Mattress arrive, and how do I unbox it?Updated 2 hours ago

Your Koala OG Mattress arrives compressed and rolled in a box, so it's easy to carry inside and through doorways.

Box size
A Single comes in a box about 100 x 35 x 35cm, weighing 16.4kg. Larger sizes come in bigger, heavier boxes, so it helps to have someone give you a hand.

Unboxing
Step-by-step unboxing instructions (PDF) are on the product page. Unbox it in the room where it'll live, and give it some time to expand to its full shape.

Returning it during your trial?
You'll need to wrap it in plastic for collection. Here's how to prepare it.
