How do I prepare my item/s for collection?Updated 9 days ago
Please follow the below directions relevant to the item/s you are returning:
Mattress:
1. Seperate each mattress layer, fold them in half (like a taco), and secure with tape, string, or rope.
2. Wrap the layers in plastic (for OH&S reasons), and clearly write your Order Number on the plastic for easy identification.
3. On collection day, leave the mattress in a safe spot near your front door (if safe), or as close to the door as possible.

Sofa's / Sofa Bed / Ottoman:
1. Please disassemble the product and wrap each item in plastic. Please wrap each item individually to assist our collection couriers. It doesn't have to be pretty, you can use bin liners, shrink wrap, or a bunch of plastic bags taped together. Please make sure to wrap up the gumnuts (blue screws) within your Sofa pieces too, as we donate these items onto charities and they will still be needed.
2. Once they're wrapped up, please write your Order Number on that plastic so that it's easily identifiable when it's returned back to the warehouse.
3. Afterwards, please stack those pieces as close to the front door as possible ready for collection. If it's safe to leave them just outside the front door, you can do so - our drivers can simply swing past and collect them from there.
Bed Bases:
For Paddington, Brunswick & Joey (Upholstered) Bed Bases:
1. Please disassemble the product and wrap each item in plastic. It doesn't have to be pretty, you can use bin liners, shrink wrap, or a bunch of plastic bags taped together. Please make sure to wrap up the gumnuts (blue screws) within your Sofa pieces too, as we donate these items onto charities and they will still be needed.
2. Once they're wrapped up, please write your Order Number on that plastic so that it's easily identifiable when it's returned back to the warehouse.

For Timber, Kirribilli or Balmain Bed Bases:
1. Please disassemble the product and stack those pieces as close to the front door as possible ready for collection. No plastic wrap is required for our timber items.
2. Once they're ready, please write your Order Number on a piece of paper and attach this to the top piece so that it's easily identifiable when it's returned back to the warehouse.
Bookshelves & Storage
1. Please disassemble the product and stack those pieces as close to the front door as possible ready for collection. No plastic wrap is required for our timber items.

Rugs
1. Roll the rug up nice and tight (like a burrito).
2. Wrap it completely in plastic or the original packaging. If that’s not available, feel free to use bin liners, shrink wrap, or plastic bags taped together.
3. Once it is wrapped up, please write your Order Number on that plastic so that it's easily identifiable when it's returned back to the warehouse.
Office Chair
1. Please make sure the upholstered part of your Office Chair is wrapped up in plastic. It doesn't have to be pretty - large garbage bags, bin liners or even shrink wrap should work just fine.
2. Once they're wrapped up, please write your Order Number on that plastic so that it's easily identifiable when it's returned back to the warehouse.
3. Afterwards, please stack those pieces as close to the front door as possible ready for collection. If it's safe to leave them just outside the front door, you can do so - our drivers can simply swing past and collect them from there.
