I received the wrong item, colour or size. What do I do?Updated 4 hours ago

We're sorry about the mix-up. Here's how we'll fix it.

1. Don't assemble or use it
If you haven't opened the boxes yet, leave them sealed.

2. Take photos of the labels on each box

• The Koala product label, including the 7-digit code under the barcode (for example 101-5036)
• The delivery label, showing your name, address and consignment details

One photo of each label, for every box.

3. Send them to us
Get in touch with your order number and the photos. Once we've checked them, we'll arrange the correct items and organise collection of the incorrect ones.
