Koala e-Gift Cards: buying, using and checking your balanceUpdated 4 hours ago

Koala e-Gift Cards are emailed to the person you choose and can be used on anything on our Australian website.

Buying one
Choose a value on our e-Gift Card page, add the recipient's email and an optional message, and pick the date you'd like it sent, up to 90 days ahead.

Using one
Add your items to the cart and head to checkout. Enter your gift card code in the "Discount code or gift card" field and select Apply. If the gift card doesn't cover the full amount, pay the rest with another payment method. Any balance left over stays on the card for next time.

Checking your balance or expiry date
Your gift card email has a link to view your remaining balance. Gift cards do have an expiry date, so if you're not sure when yours expires, or can't find your email, get in touch and we'll check for you.

Good to know

• e-Gift Cards can only be used in Australia, on au.koala.com.
• They can't be used to buy other gift cards.
