My promo code isn't working or wasn't applied. What now?Updated an hour ago

Most codes that won't apply come down to one of a few things.

Work through these before you get in touch and you will usually have it sorted in a minute.

Is a sale running?

This is the most common one. Codes and sale pricing don't combine, and a code won't apply on top of a larger discount. During a sale you're already getting the best price available.

That includes the 10% welcome code from signing up to our emails. It works outside of sale events, so hang onto it and use it then.

Are you trying to use more than one code?

Only one discount code can be used per order. Free delivery is the exception, so that can sit alongside one code.

Where the code goes

Add your items to the cart, head to checkout, and enter the code in the discount field, then hit Apply. The discount shows in the order summary before you pay.

Still not applying?

It is often the browser rather than the code. Try one of these:

• Clear your browser cache
• Open the site in a private or incognito window
• Try a desktop browser rather than your phone

I have already placed the order and the code didn't come off

Codes can't be added to an order once it is placed, but don't worry, get in touch and we will take a look. Send us your order number and the code you meant to use, and where it qualifies we will sort a partial refund.

Have a look in your junk and promotions folders first, as it often lands there. If it's nowhere to be found, sign up again or get in touch and we'll sort you out.
