I used to shop through your Trade portal — what's changed?
We've retired the old Trade sign-in portal. You can now shop the full range directly on our website using a personal trade discount code — no separate login needed.
How do I use my trade discount code?
Simply enter your code at checkout on our website — the discount will apply automatically to eligible items.
Can I still get a proper invoice for my order?
Yes. Once you have your trade discount code, email [email protected] with the code plus your company name, contact name, phone number, email, delivery address and the items you'd like, and our team will send you a PDF invoice.
How can I pay?
Once you've confirmed your invoice, we'll send you a secure payment link to pay by credit card. Bank transfer is also available for orders over $10,000 — just let our team know and they'll send you our bank details and invoice number.
Do you offer special delivery options for trade orders?
At this stage we're not able to offer custom delivery arrangements for trade orders — all orders ship using the standard delivery options available at checkout. We have a list of commercial service partners we can pass on if you'd like to arrange it
