What is Old Mattress Collection?
When you buy one new Koala mattress, we can take your old one away at the same time. One visit, two jobs: your new mattress comes in, your old one goes out.
How do I add it to my order?
At checkout, select “Delivery & Old Mattress Collection” as your delivery method. Then pick your preferred delivery date and time window, just like any other delivery option.It’s $160, and it’s available in metro areas only.
Where is it available?
Old Mattress Collection is currently available in metro areas only. It isn’t available in regional or rural areas just yet.
Will you unpack and set up my new mattress?
Old Mattress Collection doesn’t include unpacking, setup or packaging removal for your new mattress. If you’d like your new mattress set up and the packaging taken away, check out Premium Delivery instead.
Can you take my old bed base or other furniture too?
This service is for your old mattress only. We can’t take bed bases, pillows, furniture or anything else.
I’ve got other items in my cart. Can I still use it?
Yes. As long as there’s a new Koala mattress in your order, you can select Old Mattress Collection, even if you’re also buying a bed base or other products. Just remember it covers the collection of one old mattress only.
