Can I make changes to my order (including delivery date changes) after purchasing?Updated 5 months ago
Sometimes life gets in the way and we totally understand that you may need to make some changes to your delivery as a result!
If you need to change the date or delivery window of your order, please head to our 'Manage my orders' page, log in with your email and make the changes required.
If you are unable to make the changes required, please reach out to our Customer Service team. To help us better support you, we ask if you can please include the following information in your request:
- Order Number;
- Existing delivery details; and
- Details of the change i.e address, date/time, contact number.
