Can the courier bring my delivery inside my home?Updated 3 months ago

All Koala items are delivered by a courier to your nominated street address. For safety (OH&S) reasons, our standard courier service is not allowed to enter your home, or carry furniture items more than three flights of stairs to your door. If you think you will struggle with the bigger or heavier boxes, we recommend inviting someone over to give you a hand, otherwise we do have optional delivery services you can select at checkout for an extra charge.

Please note if you live in apartment block, our drivers may not be able to take your items to your front door, so you may need to meet them at the front to accept your delivery.

We now offer Room Of Choice delivery for an additional $25 to our metro locations (Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane or Perth). These deliveries will have a 2 man crew who will deliver your large goods into the room of your preference.

In certain metro areas, we also offer a paid Premium Delivery Service where customers are able to access an all-in-one delivery with assembly and rubbish removal service. If this service is available to you, you’ll be able to select this service at the checkout to select.  If you have already made your purchase and would like to upgrade to one of these services, please contact our Koala Customer Service team.
