Standard Delivery:
Our drivers will deliver directly to your apartment door if there is lift access. If your building doesn’t have a lift, they can carry your items up to 3 flights of stairs (approximately 30 steps). For heavier items, we recommend having a friend on hand to assist if needed.

Premium Delivery Service:
With our Premium Delivery, your furniture will be delivered and assembled in the room of your choice, whether you live in a house or an apartment. If your apartment doesn't have lift access, our team is happy to carry your items up to 3 flights of stairs (approximately 30 steps).
