Yes, absolutely. Our delivery partners;

• Will take a photo as proof of delivery, and only ask for a signed proof of delivery where a photo is not possible; and
• Follow all the guidelines as set out in the relevant Public Health Orders.

We deliver to your door (if you have a lift or up to 3 flights of steps i.e. 30 steps) and we will let you know when your product has arrived. To plan for your delivery, we suggest that there will be someone who can carry your boxes to where they belong inside. We deliver to metro areas with a 4-hour window, but outside of the big smoke delivery can take between 3-15 business days.
