How do I recycle the packaging?Updated a month ago

Your Koala packaging is designed to be recycled or reused. Here's how to deal with each part of it.

Cardboard boxes and honeycomb cardboard
Flatten or tear up the boxes and pop them in your kerbside recycling bin. You don't need to remove tape or labels; they come off during the recycling process.

Soft plastic wrap
Soft plastics can't go in most kerbside recycling bins. Check recyclingnearyou.com.au or your local council for drop-off options in your area. If you're thinking about the 120-night trial, hold on to the plastic: you'll need it to wrap the product for collection, and having it on hand makes a return much faster.

Foam, timber offcuts and other materials
These vary by product. Your local council's website will tell you what's accepted in your area.

Rather we take it away?
