We now offer delivery to over 1,200 unique postcodes across Australia for our bulky furniture items. This allows us to provide more accurate delivery options for our customers. All orders including a mattress will automatically receive free delivery. 

For our regional and rural customers, the delivery fee you see at checkout is calculated based on the amount Koala is charged by our trusted delivery partners to get our products to your door! This fee is based on the specific items in your cart, taking into account their size and weight, as well as your shipping address.The good news is, we cover the delivery cost for all mattresses, pillows and linen in your cart. So, you'll only pay a delivery fee for any other items you purchase from us.
