Our delivery zones are based on how our delivery partners categorise the different locations they deliver our products to, which are determined by factors such as distance from city centres and the costs associated with transporting bulky items to those locations.

We now service over 1,200 unique postcodes with customised pricing applied for regional and rural deliveries. This means your delivery cost is calculated fairly at checkout, based on your postcode and the cubic weight of your order.

For order that include mattresses, pillows and linen only, the delivery fee is free for all cusotmers. For orders that include furniture items, a fee may apply so we can keep delivery reliable and accessible.
