I've noticed a smell on unboxing the mattress. How do I get rid of it?Updated 9 hours ago

While we do use CertiPUR-US® certified foams, and the mattress has been tested to have low VOC emissions to help maintain better indoor air quality - like any new product, it may have a scent on unboxing, which will usually dissipate in a few hours to a week or so.

Some tricks to help get rid of it faster includes removing all packaging from the room once unboxed; letting the mattress air out in a well-ventilated space for 24-48 hours before adding sheets; and vacuuming the mattress on a low stetting to help draw out anything that remains.
