Koala does not deliver to my postcode, why? What can I do?Updated 8 months ago

Due to rising shipping costs, we're unfortunately no longer able to deliver certain large and bulky products to some regional or rural postcodes. While we'd love to deliver all of our products across Australia, the transit costs for these items to specific areas exceed what we can reasonably charge, and may still lead to an unsatisfactory experience.

We understand this isn't ideal, and we apologise for any inconvenience. If your postcode is not supported to deliver the items placed in your cart, we recommend arranging the personal collection from an address in a serviced postcode if possible.
