Koala does not deliver to my postcode, why? What can I do?Updated a month ago

We’ve recently updated how we deliver large and bulky products. Instead of using four broad charging zones, we now service over 1,200 unique postcodes across Australia. This means delivery availability is more accurate than ever before. Mattresses have free delivery to all avaiable postcdes however, for bulkier furniture items some regional and remote areas are still not included. The cost to safely deliver bulky items to these postcodes remains much higher than we can reasonably offer.

If your postcode isn’t supported for delivery, you may still be able to:

Arrange delivery to a friend or family member’s address within a serviced postcode and collect your order personally from that address


We know this isn’t ideal, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we continue to expand our service areas wherever possible.
