Was the purchase total $750 or more? 

Is there a sale onsite? The referral discount is not valid in conjunction with any other sales or promotions.  

Did your friend click the referral link in the email they were sent? The purchase must be made following this link and on the same device as the link was clicked on in order for the discount to be applied. 

Here’s where it gets a little tech-y, but stick with us. If your friend is using an Apple device, have them change their Private Relay Settings. Here’s the steps: 

• On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, you can turn off iCloud Private Relay in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Private Relay. 

• On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Preferences, then click Apple ID. Select iCloud > Private Relay.

Then click the Referral Link again and Bob’s your uncle!
