Koala's premium delivery service is an all-in-one delivery, assembly and rubbish removal service offered to customers in metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane for an additional fee.

Compared to our standard delivery to the front door, you’ll get your item/s delivered to the room of your choice, your item/s will be assembled and have all cardboard and plastic rubbish removed from your order. This means you can enjoy your new purchase without needing to lift a finger! 


How to add to your cart

If this service is available in your area, you will be able to select the Premium Delivery Service at checkout! The price will depend on the items you've got in your cart so we recommend putting the items you'd like into your cart and heading to the checkout to confirm if you're eligible in your area and any fees involved.


Delivery Notifications

Before your delivery:

You will receive an email confirmation noting your Delivery date and time-slot. Due to the nature of assembly, the team works on an all day schedule ranging from 8am-5pm. This means your delivery will occur during this time frame.

We recommend you do your best in being home and available to receive this delivery & assembly for the entirety of the all-day service window, and will allow for the best experience.


On the day:

You will receive a call or text from the delivery team noting what time they will be servicing your delivery & assembly, and you should receive a text or notification when they are on route.


When the team arrives:

We recommend to have the space ready, for example, if you have purchased a new sofa, we recommend having the living room empty so the team can assemble your item in the perfect spot for you!

The team will also remove all the rubbish when leaving so you can enjoy your new item right away!


If you have any questions regarding your ETA or if you wish to change the date of your Premium delivery, please reach out to our customer service team and they will assist as best as they can. We recommend getting in touch as soon as possible if you wish to change your order or delivery so the team has ample time to assist.
