Your delivery fee depends on the size and weight of the items you’re ordering and where they’re going. We use customised pricing for regional customers on items that aren’t free to deliver. 

This means:

- Fees are provided from our trusted logistics partners 

- The cost factors in the size and weight of your order, the number and type of products, where they’re shipping from, and their final destination.

- Mattresses, pillows and linen items are free to deliver

You’ll see your exact delivery fee before you pay at checkout, with the fee clearly included in your total order price. No hidden surprises!
