Koala's Premium Delivery service will only collect plastic and cardboard rubbish from the item/s in your delivered order. They will not remove additional items from your room or house, or build existing furniture. For insurance reasons, they are not permitted to move existing furniture.

Please ensure the floor and surrounding areas are protected from damage prior to delivery. This is important as Koala will not be responsible for damage to the floor or surrounding areas.
