Why can't I use the Koala mattresses on the floor?Updated 10 months ago

We don't recommend putting the Koala Mattress on the floor as it prohibits airflow, which can cause mould and other damage. We recommend using a bed base with adequate support and ventilation and if it's a slat base, the slats should be no more than 7.5cm apart.
