We don't do direct exchanges, but your 120-night trial makes it easy. Start a return for a refund of the purchase price, then order the size, colour or model you'd prefer.

Swapping your mattress?
Let us know when you book your return, and we can collect your current mattress on the day your new one arrives, so you're not left without a bed. The collection and the delivery are booked separately.
