Yes. Our mattresses work on any bed base.

Ensemble, slatted, platform, whatever you already have, you can pop a Koala mattress straight on it.

That said, we would point you at ours

Our bed bases are designed specifically around our mattresses. They fit perfectly, they let air move through properly, and together they make for the best sleep environment we can build.

With another base we cannot guarantee it will be the right size, or that it will give you the same advantages ours do.

Worth checking before your mattress arrives

• That your base is the same size as the mattress you have ordered. Australian sizing is standard, but older or imported frames can vary.
• That the surface is even and well supported, with no sagging or broken slats, since your mattress will follow whatever is underneath it.
