How do I make a complaint or share feedback?Updated 4 hours ago
We would rather hear it than not.
Whether something has gone wrong or you just want to tell us what you think, the fastest route is the same as any other enquiry.
What to include
The more specific you can be, the quicker we can do something about it:
- Your order number, if it relates to an order
- What happened, and roughly when
- Anything you have already tried or been told
- Photos, if they help show the issue
What happens next
Your complaint goes to our Customer Experience team. Someone will look into it, come back to you, and where something has genuinely gone wrong we will tell you plainly and put it right. If it needs input from another team, we will say so rather than leaving you wondering.
A few things have a faster route
- A fault with your product. Lodging a warranty claim gets it assessed properly and is quicker than a general complaint.
- Too many emails or texts from us. That is a quick fix rather than a complaint.
- Something you bought that is not right for you. If you are inside your 120 night trial, returning it may be simpler than anything else.
Feedback that is not a complaint
Just as welcome. Tell us what worked, what nearly worked, or what you would change. It gets read, and it is genuinely how a lot of what we fix gets found.
