How does the Koala 120-night trial return policy work?Updated a month ago

Every Koala product comes with a 120-night trial, whether you bought it full price or on sale. The trial starts the day your order is delivered, not the day you order.

For comfort products like mattresses and pillows, give yourself at least 14 nights. Your body needs time to adjust. If you're still not happy after that, you can return the product for a full refund of the purchase price. Original delivery fees aren't refunded.

Returning bulky items (mattresses, bed bases, sofas)
In metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth) we arrange a free pickup. Outside metro areas, you'll need to send the item to your nearest Koala fulfilment centre in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth, and the shipping cost is yours.

Returning pillows, bed linen and homewares
We'll give you a reply-paid address no matter where you live.
