Once your return request is approved, how quickly we can collect depends on one thing: whether you still have the plastic wrap your product arrived in.

If you kept the plastic
You can book your collection straight away. In many metro areas that means next business day onwards. Wrap your items following our preparation guide, pick a collection date, and you're done.

If you don't have the plastic
No problem, we'll post you a return wrap kit. It typically takes around 7 business days to arrive. Once it lands, wrap your items and book your collection from there. This is the most common reason a return takes longer than expected, so if you're thinking about a return, hang on to the original packaging.

After collection
Your refund is issued once the item arrives back at our warehouse, and takes 3 to 5 business days to show on your original payment method. More on refund timing.

Need to change your collection date?
Contact us with your order number and the new date that suits, as early as possible before the booked collection.

Returning pillows, bed linen or homewares?
No collection needed. We'll give you a reply-paid address and you can post them back whenever suits you.
