If I return my items under the 120 night trial, do I need to pay for the return?Updated 3 months ago

For customers in metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, and Perth, we’ll cover the return shipping for all products. If you're returning a mattress, bed base, or sofa, we’ll arrange a pickup at no extra cost.

For regional areas, the 120-night trial still applies, but return shipping will not be covered. You’ll need to send the product to the nearest Koala Customer Order Fulfilment Centre in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, or Perth.

For pillows, homewares, and sheets, no matter where you're located, we’ll provide a reply-paid address for you to mail the product back to us.
