If I return my items under the 120 night trial, do I need to pay for the return?Updated a month ago

Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth)
We cover return shipping for all products. If you're returning a mattress, bed base or sofa, we'll arrange a pickup at no cost to you.

Regional and rural areas
The 120-night trial still applies, but return shipping for bulky items isn't covered. You'll need to send the item to your nearest Koala fulfilment centre in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth.

Pillows, bed linen and homewares
No matter where you live, we'll provide a reply-paid address so you can post the item back to us free of charge.
